1. The College adheres to Punjabi University Patiala norms, curricula and semester system while offering the following courses. BA, Bsc. (Med.), Bsc. (Non-Medical) in Computer applications, Bsc. Home Science, Bsc. Biotechnology(Hons.) BCA, BA Honors. in various subjects, MA Fine Arts, MA Music Vocal, Dance , MSc. Food and Nutrition.
2. Admission is done in accordance with merit. Students aspring to take admission in the college must appear before the admission committee within the stipulated time period. The final approval is given by the Principal on the recommendation of the admission committee.
3. Only those girls are admitted to a graduation course who have done their 10+2 from a recognised board.
4. Girls with a re-appear in 10+2 will be admitted only after they clear the required paper and late fees will be charged from them . They will not be given admission if they are able to clear the re-appear exam after 31 of August.
5. Students who have done their 10+2 from State boards other than Punajb School Education Board, Mohali, Haryana, Himachal , CBSE and ICSE Boards , will have to get an eligibility certificate from registration branch, Punjabi University Patiala. Otherwise they will not be permitted admission or their admission will be cancelled.
6. If a student fails to submit with the college office , her original DMC and migration certificate within 15 days of admission she may be charged late fees as per the rules/mandate of Punjabi University, Patiala.
7. Students failing in university exams, barred from appearing in exams, absent in exams or those who have dropped papers or studies for a long period will be readmitted in the same class only with the approval of the Principal.Students who have been barred from taking university exams, will not be given admission at all.
8. No student will be allowed admission in the same class to improve her score.
9. Students will have to fill fresh form while taking admission in the next class.
10. Admission rules may be altered on the direction of board /university , Ugc or Punjab Government
11. According to university norms , a student may take maximum six years to complete a 3 year undergraduate course.
12. Girls wanting to avail hostel facility can refer to pg. no. 27-28 of the prospectus.
13. Students who have passed the qualifying exam from Bihar Intermediate Council, Patna and Board of Education , Delhi will not be allowed admission. The College Principal is the final authority to intermediate define and interpret the rules.
